It had a dedicated parking spot and was very easy to access. We had all of the instructions we needed. The only downside was a lack of fan (and even though we were so high up it still was a tad warm) and we were right across the street from a bar which got super loud (but to be fair it was a Saturday night and we were most likely the only ones planning on...
