First of all, I had to clean my own room when I arrived, , the worker helped me because apparently there was nothing else available even though I had booked my reservation through Expedia. One of the beds in the room was broken. One of the beds didn’t have a headboard. There was food stuck on the inside of the refrigerator and inside of the microwave, there was about an inch of dust around the edge of the entire room. It was worse behind the nightstand, there was a conch all over the hairdryer. There was black mold, coming out of the vents, I even had to vacuum, they discriminated against my service dog, there was no other place in the area for me to stay, I had my daughter stay with another teammate the second night and we didn’t even stay the third night and we still got charge for everything and they also charge me a patchy even though they said they weren’t going to charge for my dog that is a service dog . I tried to change rooms and they kept on showing me rooms that were worse than the room that I had already cleaned and when I asked them was it because of my dog, they said yes, so they’re again they are discriminating against my service dog, furthermore, Pool didn’t work they advertise the pool does work, they were pissed that I had booked through Expedia and that if I had any problems I should contact Expedia and one of the workers said that they don’t even know why Expedia is trying to partnership with them in the first place and then when I asked to speak with who
