"Everything was so easily accessible…the property, the beach, stores and restaurants and the check in process is so convenient. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving meal with ease. That dining room table was incredible and the beach was breathtaking…steps away just as advertised."

"Very disappointed with this stay. The house did not appear to have been cleaned. Kitchen utensils were dirty, floors were dirty and house smelled musty. Black Mold was around the AC vents. Kitchen drawers were broken and almost fell to the floor a few times. The refrigerator and freezer smelled like fish, shower door in one bathroom was broken, one toilet was wobbly. We had an issue with one of the showers during our stay, and he sent a plumber to fix it the same day.The house had plenty of space to accommodate our group of 23 people and was very close to the beach.The kitchen is stocked with enough pots/pans/dishes to cook for a large group."

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family place, We had 8 adults,3 Teenagers, 6 under 8, and the house fit us great. Not a far drive to the private beach for the HOA. But you can walk. Water was good and the beach was clean. Had a great time!!"

"Perfect for me. Pet friendly, cute house, nice big yard with a boat dock. Bring your fishing poles, I saw lots of fish jumping around not far from the dock. Plenty of parking and space to park your boat when not in the water. Walk-in showers (no tub, if that matters to you). Lots of drawers in the bedrooms (no hangers so bring them if you need them). Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking equipment. Nice vanity space in the bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels, etc. but...
