The home sits on a large corner lot that feels like a private beach with soft sand right in your backyard, leading to the canal

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities.

Private Entrance: Keyless entry system for simple and secure self-check-in.
Parking: Convenient, covered parking is available for up to five cars directly under the house, with stairs leading to both the front and back doors.
Water Access: You will have exclusive use of the private boat ramp, offering direct waterfront access to the canal for boating, fishing, or a safe swim for kids and pets.

Your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. We are available if you need anything during your stay, but we will respect your space and privacy otherwise.

We are located right between the bay and the beach. You can walk to either, the canal is friendly for swimming/kayaking! I’m slightly bias but our home is fantastic for a family with all aged children!

A minimum $250 charge may apply for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning

Guests are responsible for any injury, property damage, treatment, care, or other costs resulting from their pet

We want you to enjoy your stay while also respecting our home and our neighbors.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, or unauthorized gatherings.

Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay at the home. Unapproved visitors are not permitted.

Please do not exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level during these hours.

No weapons are permitted anywhere on the property.

Please respect the neighborhood, neighbors, and property.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets.

Please do not move indoor furniture outside or use indoor furnishings on the porch.

Please keep all doors and windows secured when leaving the property.

The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.
