"We came to stay to visit a relative in Kingswear and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed it is 200m from the lower car ferry and passenger ferry to Dartmouth Even better same distance to the lovely Ship Inn in Kingswear!We had two teenage boys and the bunk beds were fineOn arrival it was a bit cold and Sharon helped us with the heating and kind enough to drop more logs offWe didn’t use the top patio area as it was April but went for a look and it was greatHighly recommend this little...

"This home is so close and clean and comfortable. The owner was warm and welcoming from the beginning. My whole family- ages 9, 16, 45 & 77 thought is was ideal. Even the neighbors were charming and helpful. Perfection!"

"Lovely little house,location fantastic. Everything you needed was supplied, books games even dishwasher tablets and cleaning equipment. Just needs a little TLC. Small negative, we didnt realise the property was over four floors until we got our final confirmation. This caused a slight problem as we had my eighty year old mother with us. All in all a great little getaway and would definitely book the house again."

"We all had a great time in this beautiful house . It has plenty of room for our family of three generations. It is spotless and near to several attractions. Our little grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool which kept them amused on a couple of rainy afternoons. "

"Amazing property and we had a lovely stay! Communication with the host was great and the property was clean and so beautifully refurbished. The location is really good and although slightly tricky to unload the car on arrival and department due to the steps - it is completely worth the effort for the view, peacefulness and such a lovely property. "A delightful cottage, beautifully appointed with everything one needed in the kitchen and utility room. Absolutely everything was of the highest quality and was a joy to use. Gorgeous views from every room.As two elderly ladies luggage and the hill was a problem,but we had known about this before booking and we became more used to it as the week went by!"

"We had a perfect calm, quiet and much needed break after a busy christmas period. The house is beautiful, watching the ebb and flow of the tide on the Dart was just the tonic we needed. It's also perfect for kids, the pool was (obviously!) great entertainment for them, as was the separate playroom, which had lots of toys from the residents that were available to use. The village of Dittisham is lovely, the Ferry boat pub a nice meandering walk through the village, with the closer pub doubling up...
