"Hotellet trænger til en modernisering. Elevatorerne virkede ikke et par gange under opholdet og det tog alt for lang tid med at få dem ordnet. Især en asiatisk medarbejder i receptionen var meget uhøflig og virkelig ubehøvlet, hun burde ikke arbejde i servicesektoren. Ellers okay, men det har ændret sig og der kunne sagtens blive som før i tiden. "
