"We rented 2 rooms. The staff was fine, nothing special to point out, but the rooms had an odor and the bedsheets felt damp like the room had been super humid and the AC did not do enough to make up for that. I would not stay here again."

"Vacationing family of 5 with 3 kids, 2 connecting rooms. Had a fabulous time at Oaks on the River. Spacious luxurious rooms, very comfortable beds, 100 % clean, friendly staff all over, great restaurant for evening dining and ala carte breakfast. Beautiful river view from rooms and restaurant. Only inconvenience was the heated pool was not heated :-("

"There was no one at the desk at check in, about 7 PM. I waited 5 to 10 minutes before someone showed up. After an 8 hour drive, that was not appreciated. "

The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing...

"The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised."

"Good basic overnight hotel which was clean with good wi-fi. Kids really liked the bathroom shower and breakfast was convenient with a good variety."

"Room was dated and mold in tub and walls of bath. Curtains did not keep huge lights outside from shining into room. Dining table was dirty at bfast. Food was fine and plenty to choose from. As a Hilton Member this one was not a great stay and there are many more choices across both sides of hiway. Would not stay here again."

"For the price, this hotel was not what we expected. The photos online are very deceiving. The property is clearly older and feels worn down, despite appearing to have had some cosmetic updates. Our room had a large patched hole in the wall, walls and floors in the room looked somewhat dirty or heavy wear, and there was hair on the toilet seat when we arrived. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioner. It made an incredibly loud noise that sounded like an airplane taking off and would...
