"Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! "

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry! "

"Delightful stay! Quiet and cozy property that was fully-stocked and super clean. Charmingly decorated for a beach cottage feel.Whole family loved the patio with direct access from the kitchen, which enabled coffee/meals (and work email!) on the picnic table. "We stayed one night in the family room with a king-size and folding bed. The king-size bed was a little too hard for our taste. The folding bed was awful. You could feel the springs and it was uneven. Not suitable for anything other than small children. The wifi was in our room very slow and we could not use it. The hotel has a nice lobby, the staff is very friendly and there was a basic breakfast with bagels, rolls, tea, coffee and some fruit served in the lobby. Expect a basic experience and do not stay with older children in the family room. "
