Upgrade for the small apartment :)
The lighting around the bed is the big catch in this room. You can change the color as you like, or just have it changing all the time. Not take - but close :) new bathroom When we arrived the receptionist upgraded my parents. That was a pleasure for them! They enjoyed the small apartment they almost had. - The breakfast is not much much - but remember to ask for omelette or waffles. They will make them and they are good. The days we were there, the Jordanian embassy was also there handing out visas and pass ports. The created a lot of huha in the reception. I would go back - :) It works

The hotel was perfect for my family of four for a short stay. the location is very convenient. The hotel is clean and quite. The staff are very friendly and the reception desk were very kind and quick during check in and out. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time I will visit dammam.

Great option!
Great option for practical and business traveling. Received free upgrade to a larger room which was great. The only thing I wouldn't suggest is not to pay extra for the breakfast as it has limited options.

The hotel was good but the photos are much much better than reality, it is mentioned on Hotels.com that the Balcony Sea view suite sleeps 5 people (up to 4 children), but actually, it has only one King size bed and one chair bed (Not sofa bed), so for a family, if the parents are going to use the King bed, how will the 3 children fit in one chair bed!? even if the King bed will accommodate 2 adults + 1 child, it is very difficult for a chair bed to sleep 2 children together. I asked for an extra bed, and they offered an infant bed for free that didn't fit my 10 years child size, I asked to replace it with the extra bed but they offered an extra chair bed for a 100 SR. -It was mentioned on Hotels.com that the hotel is a 4-Star hotel, however, the hotel is officially 3 stars rated as per the receptionist's confirmation. -The Sea view is average and very far. The breakfast food menu is so limited but the quality and service were great. The best thing about the hotel is Mr Sanjay in the restaurant, he was very professional, helpful and provided a great service for us and the rest of the guests, I highly appreciate his efforts.
