"While the house was very nice it was not functional for 6 people. One 3 person couch and 1 table that seats 4. The kitchen had 3 plates and 3 bowls and minimal silverware. No utensils except for bar-b-que. 1 towel/washcloth per person allotment per day. Therefore had to do laundry every day. VERY narrow and STEEP driveway. Neighborhood looked concerning but we had no problems with neighbors. Definitely need earplugs to sleep because of the trains. "

"The positives: proximity to Food City, which was convenient to run out and grab lunch or something we forgot. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basic needs. The screen porch is a nice area with a patio table and swinging chairs.The negatives: We began our stay by being delayed to check in by an hour. "We were all very disappointed in the property & hesitant to trust what we were told. It wasn't in a good part of town, was run down & in poor shape, smelled musty, & a junk piled in the neighbors yard had been blurred out to hide it on the photos. They emailed us just before we got there that the washing machine was broken & questioned IF we wanted it fixed. Later, when explaining our dissatisfaction, she informed us that her husband had "tweaked" it & it worked now. No mention of this until...

"The beds were super comfy with lots of pillows and thick comforters. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had 4 ladies so it was very spacious for us. "

"Rented both homes. Super clean. Large living room space and big kitchen in both homes. Perfect for our family gathering. My sister had one home and my family had the other home. Quick drive into downtown Chattanooga. Also quick drive to Rock City. We would rent again.Backyards opened up into each other but the weather was very cold and we did not utilize. "
