"Excellent location right inside the old city. Easy walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, bars and more.
Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets.
Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked.

"Perfectly clean and very well kept. Staff was super professional and nice. And good location - no stairs required!
One recommendation - include a better description of the location. Literally say it is in the upper floors of Restaurant Forty Four and use that address. The street address on file is around the corner and not related."

"The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and well appointed but the best part was the location. My only advice would be that if you have a large suitcase to enter through the Pile Gate and not the Buza Gate. It’s easier to walk a little farther than to go up and down the stairs near Buza. Fantastic stay! "

"This room is absolutely fantastic. Situated right in the center of the Diocletians Palace (ancient castle-city) and the service from the owners is fantastic. It is not a hotel as such though. More a room in a building that contains 4 rooms all owned by the same very nice couple. There is a small reception but nothing else. No possibility for breakfast or anything else, but there are +50 restaurants serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks just outside the door. Even though quite expensive, we...

"This property has good security and is very close to the beach, as advertised. My only qualms were that I couldn’t lock my balcony door, which was in the ground level. Also, my first night, my internet went out and there was no hot water left to shower. Overall, it’s a good value! I think both the issues were temporary & the balcony is an easy fix. "
