Property Protection & Check-In:
As part of our standard pre-arrival process, guests are required to select one of two property protection options: a non-refundable damage waiver or a temporary security hold. The selection and secure processing are completed through Enso Connect, during online check-in prior to arrival. The temporary security hold is released following checkout provided there are no applicable damages or charges. By booking, guests acknowledge this property protection and check-in requirement.
