Hoteller nær DMC Surgery Hospital

"Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay."

"They recently added a five dollar fee that the young lady at the counter couldn't explain. She said she was new and it wasn't explained to her."

"No shower curtain. Tv didn't work. The heater was smoking like it was going to catch on fire. Tiny box spring with a full sized mattress that I kept falling off."

"This place is HORRIBLE. Paid 76 dollars for there to be BUGS ON BUGS ON BUGS. They were literally everywhere. My boyfriend and I had to sleep in my car. When we asked the staff for a different room there were bugs in that room also. They said they were aware of the bugs but couldn't do anything to help. Yet still let everybody check in, made no one aware of the bug situation, and had a strict 15-minute no-refund rule once you got the room, even though they knew about the bugs."

"Staff was incredible"

"Absolutely a beautiful hotel! Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"The property was very clean the room was nice The only thing I didn't like was it didn't have a microwave in the room and the Breakfast was good"

"Nice place to stay for the evening while I was in town for business."
