"Perfect location. Mike met us at the security gate and gave us a full tour of the property. The penthouse was perfect. Everything was clean, organized and ready for us to enjoy. Restaurants, grocery, beaches, etc... nearby within a few minutes walk. 3 pools (1 saltwater) and a private beach gave us a plenty of room to lounge. The property grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Wonderful place and experience. This was truly amazing. "

"The first day was terrible there was no towels so i couldn’t shower after a long day of travel. The bathroom was damaged and maintenance never came to fix it so after a few days it started to smell like mold. The cleaning team couldn’t remember to leave toilet tissue and they left my room door open after they changed the bedding. The air didn’t go off the last couple days so it was extremely cold and not comfortable. Overall, I didn’t have a good experience and I won’t be staying back there. "

"Overall the entire facility is dated. The photos were deceiving. The photos are taken at an angle that doesn’t show the roofs that you are looking down across and they are in bad shape. If you have a mobility problem the tubs are very hard to get in and out of. Beach is extremely narrow and not a lot of space.It’s a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very easy to get to. "The host is easy to contact and prompt in addressing concerns / accomodating our requests. Great location; well-furnished studio. The terrace / balcony is a nice feature. The rooster’s calls throughout the day give the neighborhood (American University - Medical School) a resting / home bound / country side air. The near-by Carrefour store, French bakery and Fat Tony’s bar / restaurant add much value. "

"This was our 3rd stay at Rainbow Beach club. First time in this unit. We arrived early due to our flight being ahead of schedule. Had to call the owner Mike as the lock was time delayed. Once inside the unit it was very warm and we had to call Mike as the AC was turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn on. The unit was clean. The next day the fridge stopped working.Mike instructed us to turn the fridge off to defrost it which was problematic as we had just been to Super U and bought groceries...

"The spotlights in the bathroom were not all working, therefore the shower area was very dark. There was no cold water from the bathroom sink, it was very little. The stove top was not working so the food we bought wemt to waste. We contacted the owner multiple times through Watsapp, but he didn't answer although he read the msgs."

"This was our first visiting to St. Martin. We stayed over in Simpson Bay the first week and at Oyster Bay the last 4 days of our trip. You will need a car, it's in a very remote area on the East Coast (Atlantic side). The Seaweed is an issue, the smell was aweful and not really able to enjoy the beach. The staff is friendly, but is in no hurry. We waited for over an 1 hour for breakfast each morning and a few times, we witnessed guest walk out of the restaurant because their dinners to over...

"The apartment was luxurious and spacious, very well equipped. The fridge in the kitchen even has an icemaker. The water has improved vastly in St. Martin in recent years, and we had no issues drinking the tab water or using ice cubes from the ice maker at this hotel. "Need better toiletries such as shampoo/conditioner, 1 bar of soap for the week and poor hair dryer. Other than that property is clean and well maintained. Beach is about 10p ft from your room. Breakfast was good every morning and the staff was very accommodating. Loved the property res ue dogs. Overall great place just bring your own toiletries and hair dryer."
