"Our stay here was lovely. The property itself and room was nice. The restaurant area with included breakfast was very pretty and had a lot of charm. Jennifer, the server was a friendly addition and knew our morning order by the second day. We were disappointed that by 9pm all the outdoor lights and music were shut off by the pool/courtyard. "The resort was wonderful! Lots of pools and restaurants and the beach was lovely. All of the staff that we encountered was fantastic as well. It is conveniently located a short drive from the airport and both capitals with ample safe parking. It was also an easy walk to lots of off-site dining options. My only regret would be not trying any of the boat excursions listed on the back of the activities guide - maybe next time."

"This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. "This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
