Set in a peaceful private spot on a picturesque working farm, this beautifully finished holiday home offers a welcoming retreat for families or friends looking to explore the best of the Fife countryside and coastline. 2 miles away, the small town of Newburgh has all the essentials along with the chance to tour the historic Lindores Abbey Distillery. For a wildlife fix, head to the Scottish Deer Centre (7 miles), where you can get close to native species and learn more about Scotland’s natural heritage. History lovers should take a trip to Falkland Palace (8 miles), with its royal connections and beautiful gardens, while a day out in the medieval town of St Andrews (18 miles) has something for everyone – from castle ruins and sandy beaches to family-friendly restaurants and even a peek at the world-famous golf courses. The East Neuk of Fife is also within easy reach, with its string of charming fishing villages.

Step into this beautifully designed holiday home and be greeted by a stunning entrance with a glass balustrade and vaulted ceiling, setting the tone for the space and light that fills the entire property. With a Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling picture window boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, it's a wonderful place to relax and come together. French doors open straight onto the garden and hot tub, making indoor/outdoor living a breeze. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from lazy breakfasts to celebratory dinners, while the adjoining dining area is ideal for family feasts. A separate utility room provides all the practical touches for a longer stay and has direct access to the garden. Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one super-king-size zip-and-link room and the other a king-size zip-and-link room - both can be set up as twins if preferred. One has an en-suite shower room, and the other features a sleek en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the large and enclosed garden is perfect for soaking up the sun or letting the children burn off energy on the lawn or sunken trampoline.
