First time my wife and I had ever tried this other than our own house. Which is like 30 minutes away. We had kids and grandkids coming from out of state like many. "Wonderful location. Super refreshing. Warm, clean and cozy. All stay-related amenities available and easily accessible. Many options and equipment available onsite for outdoor activities - bikes, boat, fire-pit, a wonderful and big deck, lots of tree-covered ground to walk around, and of course the lake.The only thing that wasn’t very clear from the photos is that the center queen bedroom is not enclosed with a privacy door - a minor surprise for us, but overall excellent and relaxing stay."

"We had an amazing stay at the Nest. We rented it to have just a little more space for our family, who also stayed on the property at the Goodwell. The Nest was a newly renovated space for two with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy time together. We enjoyed the Keurig, puzzles, cards, binoculars and the very thoughtful brownies from a local bakery upon arrival! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!"

"This house and property was perfect for our family which is 8 adults and 9 children (ages 1-8). Plenty of sleeping options, toys, outside activities and well stocked kitchen to accommodate meals for our crew. The house was clean, the outside decks and property could use some TLC, but overall worked for us!!"

"12 members of our family spent 5 days here and it was a fantastic time. The house is so big, we were able to do our own things in our own spaces. Everyone slept comfortably and we enjoyed the lake and all the other amenities. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful property. The river view porch was the highlight for our family. Getting to enjoy our morning coffee watching the deer cross the river and then the evenings relaxing and seeing the turtles, fish and birds over the river so relaxing. Owner was really responsive and great clean place. Kids loved chasing fireflies in the yard!! Can't wait to stay here again!"

"Made use of all the beds- including the pullout couch. Nice space, open and clean. Only 10 minutes to town, about 1 mile to east shore and the lake. Great location to bike around the lake. Helpful and communicative."
