"This is a tough review to write, because the staff was so lovely and helpful. That being said, there was an absolutely disgusting amount of seaweed coming the beach and ocean. You could not go to the beach and you could not swim in the ocean.... being that this is marketed as a beach resort, we were very disappointed when we arrived to learn we could not go on the beach or in the ocean... Seems like they easily could have sent an email or let us know the status of the beach prior to arrival, or...

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"The staff was great, very helpful and Friendly. The property was clean, well maintained and big. Our villa was on the hill the view was awesome. We were told, we have access to the beach. There are 4 spots we can used. The beach closes at 5. We got to one beach at 4:00. They stated they were not taking anymore guest because they were closing at 4:30.
