"Large comfortable accommodations. Worked great for 2 couples. The decor is dated but everything works. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of space to work. "We were a bit disappointed in our initial assessment of this property. It was a bit hard to find as there is no actual address. With the help of some very kind neighbours we did locate the suite. "The property is in a great location. Within walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping. We also walked to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach, both breathtaking! Kaya shared fresh fruit and juice with us and was very welcoming. We enjoyed the sunset over the ocean from our back patio each night. We will definitely be back. "

"At the very last minute after getting off the airplane, we received a notice that our reservation had been changed and received poor instructions to find the place. Our taxi could not locate, so we were forced to find last minute accomodation costing of course more money. We are not happy about this experience at all. "Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
