"What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics "

"We were very happy with our stay! Property was exactly as described; so peaceful and beautiful out back! We stayed 3 nights and found everything we wanted to do was extremely close by, very convenient. We didn’t utilize all the amenities offered, but the host, Chaz, thought of everything. "This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the cottage. Love the location to the springs. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swimming right behind the house. The cottage is perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and the propane grill was a nice addition from our last stay. The kids loved going to breakfast at Florida Cracker by boat& we really enjoyed Marguerita Grill for dinner. We are already planning our next trip."

"Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay."

"Decent stay with lots of space! We rented this house for a scalloping weekend with family and we all had a great time. The ping pong table was our absolute favorite part of this rental and we had so many laughs in the entertainment room. The kitchen could use some better pans and restocking (there was no coffee, kitchen sponges, or extra trash bags) but overall it wasn't a bad place to stay for a short trip."
