Room was fine and very convenient for the airport. Food service in restaurant was very slow. Had reserved a table in advance and it was busy. Almost an hour between ordering and getting main course, lost the will to live and never got the pud! Very smelly in restaurant with food cooking smells.

Five star service
A great location for layover after a late flight . On the doorstep of the airport. Very Friendly staff, comfortable room and communal areas. Great Ulster fry or healthy buffet for breakfast.Felt rested after my stay .

Clean enough,and large room, which was good, but apart from that, pretty basic for an 'executive suite'. No hooks in the bathroom, so nowhere to hang towels. I was paid for 2 people, but only one bathrobe. The shower was annoying - it's either an overhead huge showerhead, or the handheld one, which attaches such that it points horizontally and is non-height-adjustable - NOT good if, like me, you're small, as it means water come towards you on the horizontal at head level. What's wrong with the standard kind - i.e. the shower-head attaches on a rail, and is height-adjustable? Seems to me this is more about form than function!

Perfect for business stays
Perfect location for airport access. I have stayed at the Maldron before for business, as it is so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, restaurant and bar had a good choice of options.

Disappointing
My room wasn’t serviced despite telling reception early afternoon that it hadn’t. No offer to reduce the room rate based on the fact that I hadn’t got what I had paid for.

Maldron hotel was a lovely place to stay. Thought breakfast could have been in clued in price . As it was very expensive per night to stay there .

Plug socket hanging out of wall. Staff advised could not be fixed until Monday due to maintenance guy not working. Was not able to use the plug sockets on desk. Many stains on ceiling throughout room, making it unpleasant when in bed. Very hot in room with extremely limited air from window.

Great place to stay if you have an early morning.
Comfortable quiet place to have a drink before heading off to bed. With an early flight to catch the following morning.

Very expensive for a basic dated hotel. Sink in bathroom was disgusting, cracked & not clean. However very handy for airport & lovely staff.

Staff were lovely, first night.my bed was awful. I mentioned it to reception in the morning and was immediately upgraded. Highly recommend this hotel and 50mts from airport

Basic accommodation but well looked after
Great stay with very helpful and attentive staff. Nothing was too much problem for any staff member I spoke to. I had a couple of little issues of one which was out of the hotel’s control. The other was rectified the following day along with an apology card and lovely little treats which I thoroughly enjoyed. My only advice I would offer would be to supply any guest staying for more than one night a timed card to allow access in and out of the carpark. It was always a hassle getting a card every time I left the hotel having to annoy the already busy staff to get a card. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.
