"I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms."

"We had a good sized apartment which had cooking facilities and a fridge. The bed was really big and comfortable. No issues apart from the fact that they weren’t open on Monday. The bathroom sink was too small and the overhanging cupboard made it difficult to avoid hitting your head when washing your face! "Staff were superb and food was as excellent as always. Bar furniture looks a little dated and could use a deep clean in places, but very comfortable. Bed was superb and the room excellent. The underfloor heating takes ages to warm the room and as it was very cold, it would have been nicer if it had been turned up a while before arrival. Minor points though. Overall extremely good and we will certainly be back."

"I was put in a room with 3 single beds. I tried all 3 and they were all extremely uncomfortable. The room is very run down and dirty. The bathroom was cold as the heating didn't work and the shower does not have enough power to have a decent shower. All in all it was an awful experience"
