"This is a very well stocked condo! Layout is also great with each bedroom having a bathroom. Living area might be a bit small if you had 8 adults, but who stays inside when you are in Colorado?? The location to the west wall lift was also great. Just a short walk across the street. My 7 year old said, “it is kid approved!”"

"Our favorite thing was the location to the chairlift to go skiing. It was truly so close and walkable. We even came back to the condo for lunch and a break during the day, saving us a ton of money! Kids loved the pool at night. The one thing that needs updating is the TV. We love watching movies with our kids on vacation and they only had basic cable no option to login to netflix or any streaming services. This day in age, I think that's a no brainer. All in all, would recommend."

"We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was very nice and clean Only problem we had was the washer and dryer was broken as we were there for a soccer tournament. They did compensate for that though I would stay they again, it was so convenient having 4 bathrooms."

"Overall the place was clean but outdated. The mattress in the master bedroom was adequate but could be replaced. The couch in the living room is worn and needs replaced. You're on the second floor so you have to walk up stairs but only one flight. Had some difficulty trying to figure out how to work the key lock but eventually figured it out. I tried to contact management about the key lock but one of the laminated contact sheets in the apartment wasn't even for the right company. Management...

"My wife and I stayed in this Coal Creek property for 6 nights in late March with our pets. The property is compact but very well designed. Everything is there, even laundry. The location is fantastic, just a half block off of Elk Ave. We are seniors but in good shape.
