"We had a great weekend stay with family (kids and grandkids) to celebrate a 65th birthday. We loved how each family had their own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Communication with the host was quick and pleasant. This home was beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend."

"We stayed here for two nights over New Year’s Eve with a group of 8 friends for a ski trip to Blue Mountain and had a great time overallDimi was honestly fantastic! Super friendly, really responsive, and very clear with all the instructions. He also let us do a late checkout which was a lifesaver after a long ski day, those extra hours helped a lotThe place worked really well for a group our size and there were tons of towels which everyone appreciated. Everything felt easy and stress free...

"It’s a nice property and has plenty of room for everyone however for what they charged, I would book somewhere else. This place was renovated by someone who has no clue what they are doing, as you can see in the pictures (and it’s everywhere in the house) I also didn’t like how it says it sleeps 30 but they charge you extra after 10 or so people. This should be clear in big writing. Almost 900 in extra charges for the 21 guests we had. "

"Overall it was a nice place. Cleanliness was low due to the fact it did not have a great smell. We needed to buy plug in air freshners to remove the smell. Highly recommend other people who stay to bring their own pan and cookware. They are really weathered and need to be replaced. We did find some earwigs and dead bugs in the drawers as well. There is mention on the ad that there is a BBQ, there wasn't anything on property, so bring your own."

"Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area."
