"Bed was adequate but splendid when I first arrived. Hamburger joint sharing the property has a good value and I ate there daily in order to be well fed for the Dead and Co shows. The staff are all very nice and helpful and really care that you’re happy. Basic room. Would recommend. "

Will definitely stay here again when Im lucky enough to get back to SF! There's only one very small critique and that's the shower water pressure could be a little stronger but it was sufficient as is. "

"Hotel Nikko is a very nice hotel with really good service from the staff and a great restaurant, but there are many extra charges, such as parking costs $65-75 + VAT per day, as well as a hotel fee of $39 per day. And its not located in the best neighborhood. But apart from that we had a really good stay."

"Inside the Walls of the hotel it was great and the service was friendly and excellent. The Neighbourhood is apparently the worst in SFO and the street of the hotel is literally crawling with homelessness. This makes it really noise at nighttime."

"Not very clean, sometimes the door access key pad to get in from the street didnt work at night, noisy fan, bad ventilator, got ill due to the cold room."

Vi blev indkvarteret på 25. etage, hvor man samtidig havde gang i en renovering. Det betød, at vi blev vækket af håndværker larm tidligt hver morgen. Receptionen kunne ikke fortælle, hvor længe det ville stå på. Her skulle man nok have lukket etagen.
Hotellet har en lille morgenmadscafé, der nok er lidt overvurderet på hjemmesiden. Udbuddet er stærkt begrænset og til stærkt forhøjede priser.
Rengøring på værelset kan der ikke sættes på en finger på og personalet her er meget imødekommende.
Hotellet ligger godt og perfekt til en tur i China Town."
