"Nice home in a neat location outside of Montrose. Central to lots of different activities- Ute Indian Museum, Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Ridgway State Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Check-in process and communication were excellent. House had all the things we needed for a great stay."

"The house was great for a quick stay while passing thru on a hiking trip. lots of dining options within 10 min or closer. Montrose seemed like a very nice clean newer town "

"Our family of six stayed in one of the tiny houses and while it was a bit of a squeeze, it was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. Everything is beautiful and modern too! The kids enjoyed sleeping up in the loft beds. They also loved the games in the event barn, and the pool. A great spot to stay in the Montrose area!"

"We spent our time hiking mostly. It was great to come back to and recover. Location is a little away from the main spots, that can be good and bad but overall we enjoyed our stay. Love the Tiny houses they are perfect for our family."

"Cabin was so cute and had the essentials including towels for the showers. Right on the creek - it was nice to listen to and see deer walking in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"What a beautiful house in a perfect setting for astrophotography. I had 4 nights of new moon or no moon skies, totally clear of clouds. Truly a dark skies dream. We will definitely come back to enjoy the wonderful place."

"All the items in the yard were spread out everywhere it would be better if they were all consolidated into a cabinet-type area so that you just didn't have to walk around every little thing. There was no mirror in the yard which would be nice to have, there was a sleeper sofa but there was no bedding for the sofa which we used good thing I had something in my vehicle. Outside there was a smell of some dead animal which was not enjoyable. I will say that the lady that I had to call on the phone...
