"The customer service at this location was marvelous. It exceeded my expectations. I traveled with little ones and everyone was very accommodating to my needs. The only complaint I had was about parking. They do have a parking garage but it’s valet only. Which, I’m left to finding a spot in the surrounding areas of the property. "

"Loved everything about this stay. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, nice beach view! Loved the music! Our room was on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the music area and with the doors shut you could not hear in the room if you wanted to sleep. I can’t wait to come back. "

"We had a delightful stay at Romar. Lilia is an incredible host. She makes you feel at home and makes the most delicious breakfast. The short walk to the beach and the private pool are also certainly a plus. One suggestion…a TV in the room would be nice. "

"The ONLY issue we had was that our air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was damp by the unit. It went unnoticed until I was barefoot and about to crawl in the bed. We brought it up to the front desk clerk upon check out the next morning so they could get maintenance on it before the carpet ends up mildewing.
The hotel had just opened one day prior to our booking so everything was nice and fresh. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff was amazing!"
