"This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport. You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry. Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind! Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet...

"Flot hotel og rigtig god beliggenhed med hyggelig park og natur. 2 pool områder. Dog meget stort resort. Stranden var ikke som forventet og mindre end på billederne. Grumset vand og meget tang. All inklusive fungerer. Let at dykke fra mv. Idet de har egen bro. Dykining er forholdsvis dyrt på stedet. Undersøg evt. Andre muligheder. Aircon virkede ikke i fitness- stort minus. Husk at booke alacarte restaurant ved min. 3 overnatninger. "

"noisy party palace. pool music/bingo bango all day from loud speakers. no romance possible. bad food quality even it varies from day to day. all incl. is 75 usd pr day if you buy at check in. personel way to focused on making money or tips. great snorkling right in front! many fish at some corals. if you want to relax find another hotel! it got what it takes to be a great clean hotel...but staff ruins it for a big bunch of guests."

"The house was just as it was online. Bedrooms or spacious and comfortable, bedding, soft. The house had great proximity from the indoors to the pool to the beach and beach towels were included and plenty of lawn chairs. We use Senders’s kitchen for all dinners and breakfast and they also provided a daily lunch snack, which was outstanding. They played serve and clean up. We also use the concierge service who scheduled us transportation to and from airport and answered various other questions....

"Wonderful house with the most gorgeous views from every room. We had the best time celebrating birthdays and exploring the island. Recommend renting a car if you plan to explore. Highly recommend meals at the house with Sandras kitchen and hiring Sandra the concierge. She helped us plan a fabulous week of excursions, bought tickets for us, arranged taxis for our mainland adventure and offered many recommendations for restaurants and sites to see on the island.
