Mike’s place is so peaceful! The location is great and very convenient for diving and snorkeling. The house has everything you will need and then some. The beds are comfortable and the floor plan very comfortable for a group. Jazmin is an amazing chef — don’t miss out on this special treat! Josue was an excellent dive guide, and Clemente took us on a great snorkeling tour to see the starfish and stingrays it El Cielo. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mike for your hospitality!

Mike’s house is great. He has it well stocked with everything you need. It’s right on the water and the views from the family room are amazing. Sunsets from the dinner table were such a treat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with plenty of towels and linens. The community is small and the beach is private which means no crowds. What I appreciated most was all the helpful information I got from Mike before even heading that way. We felt so prepared. We were able to make arrangements for meals to be prepared by Jazmin and they were spectacular and so reasonably priced. My family loved her and we miss her as much as we miss the island. We cannot wait to go back.

Amazing Dream Like Spot in Cozumel!

We were in Cozumel for a week and wanted to experience both the resort and home life. After a few days of loud music and busy report life, this beach villa was amazing and a welcome change of pace. Jazmin greeted us, showed us around the house and made us a delicious meal the first night. We basically had the beach and pool to ourselves. Our family enjoyed snorkeling right off the pier. Mike was extremely helpful in giving us tips for things to do around the island. My kids loved the swings on the porch and the toys in the closet. After being together in 2 rooms at the resort, it was so nice to spread out at the house! We will be back for sure!

DON'T DO IT!!

Don't deny yourself the opportunity to enjoy a truly enjoyable oceanfront experience. Know that this residential complex is approx. 10-15 minutes from stores, restaurants etc. However; with little planning you can stay in a well appointed, well maintained house directly on the water. Mike & Jasmine are both kind, helpful and attentive to your needs. We loved it.

We had the best time! Great location. Jazmin had shopped for us and made us a wonderful meal the day of arrival. We met some wonderful locals who made the trip extra special. Clemente our snorkeling guide and Santana our taxi driver and island tour guide. We feel like we have made friends for life. Best trip!

Perfect Beach House!

This house made for a great family beach vacation. The location and neighborhood could not be better. The kitchen was well appointed and the house was everything we could have hoped for. We loved jumping off of the dock into the ocean. We even went snorkeling at night. The dive boat (Which the owner recommended and helped us reserve) picked us up right out front. We will definitely be coming back.

Spring Break w/the kids

We’ve been to Cozumel several times, but decided to try out a villa versus a resort this time around. After this experience, this is the route to go. My husband, I, and our two teen daughters had a great time. Jazmin is available if you need a cook. We had her cook daily at least two of the meals a day. She’s fabulous, and very helpful with any questions you might have. Depending on the wind, you can snorkel right off the ocean. It was very clean and quiet. We wanted a beautiful spot to enjoy the ocean, snorkel, and lay out. This was perfect. We brought our own foods from home that we knew we’d want to eat. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is a game changer. The vibe is just chill, and exactly what all of us needed. Thanks! We will be back!

Wonderful stay from planning to finish

We really enjoyed our stay. We were two couples vacationing together, along with a toddler. Communication with Mike was great, as were his suggestions. Jazmin is a gem! She and her husband prepared a few meals for us and we highly recommend that you take advantage of this service! The food was incredible (we'll echo others on the magic dip and the enchiladas), as are her deserts. The house is, as we see it, offers the best location in the neighborhood: it has an unobstructed view of the water, beach access from the porch, and ocean breezes. The kitchen is well-appointed, the rooms were comfortable, heat pumps/AC works in every room, and it's a beautiful home. As good as or better than the photos suggest. The hosts thoughtfully provided beach towels, toys and rafts, and plenty of snorkeling equipment. Swimming is great (and snorkeling was really good) right out front. The location is convenient to other attractions on the island. It was a fun and relaxing stay. Mike and Jazmin made it incredibly turnkey and welcoming!

exactly as listed

Everything about our stay was exactly as listed, no surprises. We will definitely go back. Jazmin was the perfect hostess. stayed late to meet us on our arrival. We had her bring a meal one night, and it was the best enchiladas any of us have had. All in all the spot was perfect, the house was perfect. and the people we met around the pool were great! A true "as advertised" property!

House with Waterfront Views

Had a great stay at Mike's place in Cozumel. Great waterfront views and nice big kitchen. An easy drive from town, it's nice and quiet and away from all the cruise ship tourists. We had Jazmin cook dinner for us both nights and it was the best food we've had in Mexico. If you book the house, Mike will give you Jazmin's WhatsApp contact info. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful and quiet location with a great small beach and pool. The community has it's own pier which makes getting picked up for fishing or scuba adventures very convenient. The only challenge for us was that we didn't rent a car and being 15-20 min from town meant that we needed a taxi for each trip. Excellent host and housekeeper is available to cook excellent meals for your group. We also appreciated that all 3 bedrooms had their own full bath. Great house right on the beach -- can't get any better than that! 🏖️

The Best in Cozumel

The home was beyond our expectations! The location is directly beachfront and the sunsets were spectacular from the lanai. The private pier was great for our diving and fishing excursions as our boats picked us up directly from the community. The pool and beach were great for snorkel, swimming and chilling. The house itself was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed to cook and make ourselves at home with enough room to spread out. Mike is an excellent owner and provided clear instructions and great recommendations. Jazmin the house manager is an excellent chef and gracious host! She made us the best enchiladas and spicy shrimp for dinner. Thank you Mike and Jazmin for making our 20th anniversary even more special! The Applebaums

What an amazing vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful house and the exceptional care Mike & Tammy took to make sure everything was perfect. The house is well equipped, beautifully furnished and we arrived and felt immediately at home. Jazmin’s cooking was so amazing we never ate out. It was a weeks worth of the best meals I’ve had on any vacation, ever. Our favorites were the tamales, the “Aztec cake” and enchiladas. Ask her about the “green sauce”!! The location of the house is quiet, the view is breathtaking and the snorkeling so much fun. Coffee every morning and cocktails looking over the serene Caribbean waters was a gift. If you’re looking for bars and nightlife, choose something closer to town. For us, the quiet evenings were perfect.

Amazing property and hosts. Beautiful house that walks out on to the beach with gorgeous views. Loved the quieter location south of town and loved they had a dock for all trips. House was very well stocked. Jazmin had some groceries, beer and pico made up ahead of time for us so we would have something available right away in case flights were delayed and we couldn’t get to the store first day(after a day of traveling I recommend using this service). Hosts checked in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. Jazmin cleaned the house and did laundry multiple times during our stay ensuring everything was always perfect. Will definitely be returning.
