"The house was in a great location and we loved the floor plan. "

"The entire place needs painting and wall repair. The furniture in the living room smells. The couch should be replaced. There was one coffee pod when I checked in, I messaged the host and was told some would be brought by. No one showed up, so I bought coffee pods myself. The beds need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable. Can’t use the bathroom vent because it’s so noisy. I would not recommend booking this property. "

"Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling...
