"Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"The charming cottage in Troutville was perfect for our weekend stay. It is decorated so cute to match the farm feel of the chickens, goats and a very large turkey. It is comfortable and set in a very picturesque countryside. KIm, the host was very good at communication and anything we needed for our stay."

"Great place, idyllic. Be sure to get good directions from the host. 104 Fredericksburg rd took us the wrong way. Once we called and figured out where the entrance was we were good. Great spot."

"They were great ! Hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Cabin was cute and beautifully maintained."

"We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

"If you are looking for a relaxing retreat, this is it! The home itself is gorgeous and beautifully decorated, with stunning scenery all around. It was super clean, pet-friendly, and featured the most comfortable bed and an amazing claw-foot tub. On top of that, the host was fantastic—communication was quick, easy, and incredibly responsive. We had the best time and are already planning our next trip back!"
