"Room ok, but water faucet in bathroom didn't work (we asked them to fix it).
We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but no linens and and blankets for sofabed, i.e. guest 3 and 4.
After first night, we went out sightseeing, but when we came back, the keycards didn't work. same thing happened next day after breakfast.
To top it up, housekeeping forgot to refill coffee.

"Hobos everywhere around the building, parking was a hell. Down under in the worlds smallest parkering ever.
Rooms were incredible small and bad, ventilation was broken, cant open the windows, toilet impossible to sit on if you’re tall."

"L’expérience a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. L’accueil est professionnel, le personnel attentionné, toujours disponible sans être envahissant. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre, avec une literie d’un confort rare et une vue magnifique.
L’hôtel respire le calme et le raffinement. Les installations (piscine, espace détente) sont impeccables. L’ambiance générale invite à la détente et au lâcher-prise.
