Con vistas bonitas. 4º Piso con ascensor y con derecho a plaza de garaje exterior. Tiene una terraza magnifica. Decoración clásica de los años 80s. Necesitaría algunas mejoras en cuanto a los electrodomésticos pero la cocina está bien equipada."

"My family and I spent an amazing week in lovely Ribadesella as guests of Meli and Carlos . We visited in July from the USA. and they were so helpful answering questions before our trip. The apartment is well maintained, clean, and spacious. It has all the amenities of home to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all modern appliances, including a clothes washer so we could pack clean clothes for the return trip home. "La vivienda carecía de una limpieza en condiciones, llegando a ser insalubre, estaba todo muy guarro, encontramos suciedad y pelos en las camas con las sabanas supuestamente lavadas, grasa a más no poder en todas partes de la cocina, menaje sucio, bichos en la ducha, polvo y suciedad en puertas y suelos, etc. En esas condiciones estuvimos apunto de llamar a SanidadSanidad, y seguro que no hubiese pasado la inspección.
