Two improvement areas; internet is not very good (male receptionist meant since it worked in the reception area is was ok all over the hotel, they also told there where only one router in the hotel and since I was the only one telling them there was no problem - then after 2 days there where some guys fixing the router outside my room… honesty is always the best answer). "Great hotel in good location. We enjoyed the pool area and the access to the sea. Staff was very friendly and service minded and the breakfast assortment was rich with great variety. Access to the beach club incl shuttle from the parking are was a great bonus. We can highly recommend this hotel. Be aware that pets are welcome!"

"Room was spacious with ample room for clothing storage. Air conditioning worked well. Double shower was nice but there was mould. Breakfast was average. Conveniently located close to attractions. We would have appreciated water in the mini bar, a coffee maker, bedding that included a blanket, availability of ice. There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The front desk tried to be helpful but English speaking staff was limited most of the time. Not sure why this hotel has a 4 star...

"We had a great stay. Our room was big, clean and with two nice balconys with a view. The breakfast was nice, also with a great view. Our first Day we spend on the Beach right below the hotel. 5 minute Walk. And the second Day we spent by the pool. Could be cleaner, but we still enjoyed it."

"We were greeted by Monia, she was very friendly and happy to help with our needs. The location was awesome just south of Pizzo, with both walking and ape rides into Pizzo, a short drive less than a couple minutes. The apartment was really awesome with great views, large balcony, inside great room sizes with kitchen with gas stove, and large refrigerator, complete with dishes and utensils for use. "We arrived at 2pm, our group had rented 3 of the 5 rooms. We asked if we could please use a bathroom to change in. We were told we could not l, and the woman was extremely rude. My wife needed to use the bathroom, she used it, but the woman was hysterically knocking on the door for her to leave the bathroom. In the end the room was the room that my mother stayed in. It was an aggressive and unacceptable initial 'welcome' by the manager. I would really recommend that you stay somewhere else,...
