"Great location vs the old city center, beach and railway station. Nice and clean hotel. Two improvement areas; internet is not very good (male receptionist meant since it worked in the reception area is was ok all over the hotel, they also told there where only one router in the hotel and since I was the only one telling them there was no problem - then after 2 days there where some guys fixing the router outside my room… honesty is always the best answer). Another issue was that the gym was not free - first time I have experienced to have to pay for it - no info on the website about this!"

"Vi læste om hotellet inden vi ankom til Tropea, men valgte ikke at booke noget på forhånd. Vi gik forbi for at se på faciliteterne og Rocco bød os velkommen på trappen. Kort efter havde vi hilst på nærmest hele personalet og blev vist rundt både i poolområdet, morgenmadsområdet og så et værelse. Vi bookede en nat til at starte med, men endte med at bo der fire nætter med ønsket om flere. Fantastisk imødekommende, smilende og søde medarbejdere hele vejen rundt. Vi følte at vi var en del af en stor familie under opholdet. Deres morgenmadsbuffet er det bedste vi nogensinde har oplevet efter flere hundrede hotelovernatninger. Hver dag et nyt friskt udvalg af mange forskellige søde og sunde retter både kolde og varme. Derudover udviste hotellet en enorm imødekommenhed og fleksibilitet både ved vores ankomst og afrejse. Vi har aldrig følt os bedre tilpas under et hotelophold og planlægger allerede hvornår vi skal retur til Tropea og Sui Generis. De fortjener 10/10 og de mest velfotjente 5 stjerner. Havde et hotel skulle have seks stjerner, så bør det være Sui Generis. Tak til alle ansatte for at gøre vores ophold til en ekstraordinær god oplevelse. Vores varmeste anbefalinger. Maya & Peter"

"We slept two nights at the hotel. The first night we slept in a room with mould around the ventilation (we noticed it in the morning) which left us feeling sick and with headache the day after. Moreover, there were noises coming from the building almost every minuts the whole day and night. We got a new room at the second day, but the noises were the same. The pool area was nice, but both toilets were without toilet paper and the guy fixing the garden used his machines several times and made noises by doing so. Moreover, it smelled like he smoked weed next to the sun beds. The breakfast was maybe the most boring we have experienced. Other than that, the staff were kind and helpful, but the experience was in general bad."
