"We stayed here as a group for a wedding, and had a wonderful time. The staff Bridis and Luis were very friendly and accomodating, and quick to address whatever we needed with some quick translating. "The house was magnificent. Clean, fresh and great service. The staff was friendly and unintrusive if you prefer it that way. My only minor complaint was that I had to tell the staff 2 days in a row to keep their voices low at 7 am because they were speaking loudly, which they obliged. "The house was beautiful, we got to enjoy every room. The assistant Wilfredo and Maid/Chef made the trip so much more amazing. The place was always clean and if you request for her to cook just know everything she makes is amazing. The only downside to this property that is NOT LISTED is the fact that it has NO HOT RUNNING WATER. Your showers will be cold or slightly lukewarm. So keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise an amazing property and staff."

"We really liked the experience been in a private island but the place itself need to be updated. Beds were not too comfortable, there were only two bathrooms for four rooms. One of the rooms on the second floor was too dangerous going up and down the stairs, specially in the meddle of the night if you needed to go to the bathrooms. Any ways, the people working there were great, Coco and his wife made all possible to make us fell good."

"We spent two nights in a lovely sea front room on the 25th floor. The room had amazing ocean views and was very spacious, with two queen size beds, and a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The reception staff are all very helpful and friendly. The large pool area (pools on three different levels) is on the 10th/14th floor. The pool area is rather packed and quite noisy (guests, kids, music). The hotel sells affordable day passes to non guests. At the pool area they have a nice cart with firendly staff serving freshly made lunch until 14:30 (eg. sushi rolls, kebabs). The restaurant area is being rebuilt (summer 2023-summer 2024), so breakfast and dining takes place in the less attractive conference area. Next door there is a small mall and some fast food restaurants. The beach area and the neighbouring streets looked a little gritty, but OK for a walk during day time. It’s a five minute cab ride into the old town (15,000 pesos). "
