The only thing i could really recommend would be for the host to add a folder/binder containing wifi password and what to do with bedding, towels, and trash when we leave. "We were in town for a long weekend, this house was perfect for coming back to at night and relaxing. It had everything we needed. The only pause we had was the 10:00 checkout. It was doable, but we seemed rushed to get packed up and out by then. This isn't a negative comment, just an observation. It was disclosed before we booked, so we were aware.
