"The management company welcomed us to the property. The amenities were excellent with a private swimming pool. Written instructions for the washing machine, dishwasher and garbage disposal would have been helpful"

"Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub über Silvester in Cortona. Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt, groß und die Lage in der Altstadt super. Cortona ist eine sehr lebendige Kleinstadt und als Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Urlaube geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und er ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet mach außerhalb der Altstadt ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß entfernt). Nur die Ausleuchtung und das Lampenlicht in der Ferienwohnung sind...

"The apartment is part of a structure that was built about 800 years ago. It has been nicely renovated with a good kitchen. The main bedroom upstairs is large and has a great ensuite and air conditioning. Downstairs bedroom is also a good size with its own ensuite. Location is close to the main piazza’s and lots of great restaurants. If you like history, this is a great property."

"das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch erwähnenswert. Absolut ruhig und mit herrlichen Aussichten. Das muss man sich allerdings erarbeiten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven."

"Lovely farm, quiet and peaceful. A good location as a home base to explore Tuscany and Umbria by car. A few amenities in the house would have been helpful such as cleaning supplies, soap, salt, sugar, pepper, laundry detergent, so that we didn't have to buy essentials which we had to leave behind."

"Fascinating site, beautiful nature. Once obviously a well designed location, now somehow run down. Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt. Bring toilett paper, dish towels and soap with you....kitchen is small for more than 6 people in case you like to cook not only pasta. I...
