"Perfect little cottage with an array of things to do. Came to visit family and was able to enjoy a relaxing evenings. Love the fact that the cottage was smoke free as well as pet free. My asthma don't allow me to travel just anywhere and this was an amazing stay. Would visit again, need more of these options for people with health issues like mine."

The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping. "

"Very cute! The house had everything we needed and the private pool is a must after a long day at the beach! Kayaking in the morning on the bay right out back was such a great way to start the day! "

"Everything was described accurately. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Dave communicated everything we needed to know. The only thing you could possibly dislike would be the road noise because the bedroom window faces toward Beach Road but Spring Break brings out activity into and out of the village until the bars close. "
