Overlooking the 8th fairway at The Palmilla Beach Resort, this fireside cottage is the beach getaway you’ve been dreaming of. A true masterpiece, this new build features shiplap walls, plantation shutters, designer furnishings and decor, and a fabulous great room with vaulted ceilings. This luxe all-suite property boasts five private outdoor areas paired with views of the fairway, the marina, or the bay! Cruise 5 minutes to downtown dining, shopping, or fishing.

A fabulous space for entertaining, the great room showcases vaulted ceilings and nautical decor. Details include a full-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV with a DVD player. Globe pendant lights illuminate the gourmet kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a coffee bar with a Keurig. Made for happy hour, a big balcony overlooks the golf course and has a high-top table and bar chairs for views of the golf course. Another furnished balcony overlooks the lawn and golf course, while a third balcony off the kitchen is ideal for sipping drinks while dinner sizzles on the grill. Ground-floor outdoor spaces include a side patio facing the 8th hole and a front porch with lawn access. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows as they lounge. They all also include ensuites, with the second primary suite featuring patio access right to the golf course.

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
