I'd give this condo a solid B. The location is excellent—just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach, which we loved. If stairs are an issue, this may not be the best fit, but it was perfect for our family of three. The condo was comfortable and met our needs. It wasn't the cleanest rental we've had, but it certainly wasn't dirty. The outside laundry room (accessible by key) worked fine, though I prefer laundry inside the unit.My biggest concerns were the closets and communication. The closets were packed with owner supplies, leaving almost no room for our clothes. We had to move items under the bed just to hang our clothing. We were also notified during our drive that repairs to the master bathroom ceiling needed to be completed during our stay. We were happy to accommodate the contractor, but after asking several times what time they would arrive, I never received a response. The contractor showed up while I was still in my pajamas. Other questions I sent to the management company also went unanswered. We had a wonderful vacation, and these issues didn't ruin our trip. However, the lack of communication, limited closet space, and missing amenities like beach chairs mean this probably wouldn't be my first choice the next time we visit the Outer Banks
