We have visited this property a few times over the last several years and each time, we find it clean, spacious, and well thought out. The beach is close enough to easily walk across the convenient decking bridge (I like the non-wood decking, no splinters!) The gazebo has to be the favorite spot for early morning coffee. It's big enough that at least part of it is in shade in hot weather and you can find a warm sun ray in cool weather, either up on the decks or by the pool. The pool area being fenced off helps with blowing wind. I like the decks and have found a reason to lounge on each floor! Store is very convenient, even by bicycle. There are a few things to do close by, it's definitely for those who want to go to the beach, but we found pockets of interest. I have explored the old lighthouse and village, attended a concert at the old hunting lodge. There are enough restaurants close by if you want variety. It 's close to the horse tours. We did drive about a 1/2 hour to rent jet skis a few years ago. The elevator is very handy for loaded arms or weak legs. Parking wasn't a problem. I liked that the house offers plenty of space for togetherness but napping is possible in tucked away areas. It's not overly large or with wasted space.
