Top Level: The lovely great room with TV/DVD, offers fantastic views, and opens to the sunroom also with TV/DVD. The kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking enjoyment. There is a primary bedroom on this level. The decks overlook the pool area and ocean. A half bath completes this level. Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, unlimited domestic long distance calls, seven TVs, two DVDs, video library, board games, books, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ceiling fans in all Bedrooms, high chair, and a basketball hoop. guests can enjoy 90 yards of beach access. - For January and February bookings, please contact us to ensure the hot tub is available. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
