Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and nestled amongst the trees, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is perfect for your family and friends. It's also dog-friendly and allows 1 dog max, which means your pup can enjoy a beach vacation as well! Located just steps to the sea, the closest beach access is just a quick 3-minute (0.1 mile) walk away. Close by, you can also easily stroll to the community tennis court, just a 2-minute walk away.

The fenced-in ground level of this home features a bubbly hot tub for the adults to relax in after a long day in the sun. There's also a fire pit in the backyard with seating to roast marshmallows and make s'mores with the kiddos, two grills (one charcoal and one gas), a fish cleaning station with sink, and enclosed outdoor shower.

Upstairs on the Middle Level, you will find the Foyer and a cozy Den to hang out in and watch your favorite show. Less than two miles north, spend the day shopping at TimBuck II Shopping Village with plenty of dining options for when you get hungry such as Mike Dianna's Grill Room, La Dolce Vita, North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream, and Mama Easley's—just to name a few! Duck Donuts and Island Smoothie are great options for a sweet treat.
