"Fantastic property with everything you'd need, or thought you didn't need.... great hosts who were eager to make sure we'd settled in and had everything we needed or any help with suggestions for sight seeing (although great information book supplied). We were new to the area but found the location perfect as a base for exploring near and far. over a few days..plenty to do on your doorstep with shops and eateries with-in Melrose if you don't fancy cooking. "Beautiful cottage in the heart of Beadnall just round the corner from our favourite pub The Craster Arms. Lovely cosey cottage with fabulous woodburner perfect after a walk on the nearby beach. Beds very comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Only downside was the shower which had very little power and was therefore disappointing considering everything else in the cottage was quality. Overall a lovely family break"

"So peaceful and cosy, with added extras, like a welcome basket, and electric blankets!! as the nights were chilly I'd recommend the Lodge to anyone, and there are two holiday cottages at the end of the estate too, next to the Hosts big old house. Lovely garden, trees and fields good parking too at the side of the Lodge. We loved it!"

"This is a lovely little cottage in a quiet hamlet within a short drive of Bamburgh, along the scenic coast road. We had one question for the host during our stay, and she responded almost instantly. The cottage was clean and well furnished and we quickly felt at home. When we next visit Northumberland we will definitely check if it's free. "
