"My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh...

"It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well."

"Great rustic lodging. Helpful and friendly host. Beautiful area and close to many hiking trails in parks and preserves. Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). "We stayed at this location myself , my daughter, my best friend and her daughter and her husband. We all fit nicely in the home. The property was great. Very clean. Check in was easy and they communicated via text which made it SO easy. Everything was as expected and listed. We would absolutely stay here again when we return. "Explore Acadia Cottages is THE place to stay when visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia! It far enough away, but minutes from everything. The most well appointed and beautifully decorated all wood cabin we’ve ever stayed in. All appliances and furnishings are top of the line. Would definitely go back!"

"The cabins are in a great location for doing things in and around Bar Harbor. It serves the purpose as a resting place before and after adventures. The only thing that I would suggest that needs to be approved upon would be the cleanliness. There are multiple cabins on each side of the highway so maybe it’s difficult to be as detailed in that aspect as they would like. "
