"Large home with ample bathrooms and tons of beds, with a convenient location. However, the property is in need of updates and not well-maintained. There are several cracked tiles in the kitchen and the laminate flooring throughout the house is coming up. The living room furniture and patio furniture need to be replaced. "Unfortunately, we were sent a bad entry code and couldn’t enter the home. We messaged host (no response) and called the phone number on the front door keyless entry sticker. That company no longer managed the property and we had no other contact info. Luckily the old company was able to track down the existing one and gave us a phone number. We were finally able to enter after 20 tense minutes. The backyard has an above ground pool which was fine—we knew about it. BUT there’s something wrong...

"The host was wonderful and very accomodating to a few last minute updates. We were in town for a family members funeral and they were so kind and understanding. The property itself was tastefully appointed with a comfortable and relaxing vibe. It was a welcome retreat and respite from the heaviness of our trip. It really felt like home and not a rental. "We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly.
