"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean room Good breakfast"

"This facility had just endured a hurricane, so property had debris around them. The room smelled musty and that really was the only issue. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable."

"Nice place can be located"

"People was smoking in the hallway"

"The room floor had our socks dirty and the bathroom had burn marks and it looked like there was an attempt to paint. Overall it was fine. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was great both mornings we went. If it was warmer we would have loved to enjoy the pool. But perfect location for what we needed."

"Hotel Margot was not my first choice. I had reservations elsewhere but had to change due to hurricane damage. Expedia was excellent in notifying me of the issue and helping me to find an alternate location on short notice. Hotel Margot reminds me of a well-kept 60's era beach motel. It is relatively well kept and clean. My check-in was delayed as the room was not ready by check-in time. The receptionist was very accommodating and apologetic. I have only 2 real complaints with the room -...
