"Photos are accurate in the listing and overall great stay. Beds are comfortable and quite clean. Location is absolutely perfect. Host Responsiveness is very quick. The key pick up location is a 10 minute walk so pick up the keys before you arrive at the property. No laundry detergent nor shampoo is provided."

Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises."

The listing photos are misleading: what is shown as a bed is a sofa that you pull out and make up yourself on arrival and whenever you want to sit on the sofa. Al mio rientro (dopo l' intera vacanza a non poter utilizzare la lavatrice ), mi hanno mandato un messaggio con scritto che il tecnico era venuto il giorno dopo il mio reclamo.. peccato che nessuno ci avesse avvisato della riparazione per darci modo di utilizzare l' elettrodomestico.. chissà se è vero Check out molto molto scomodo. "Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...
