"We were here for 3 times, a great experience again. The reception at the reception is a fantastic experience every time. The apartment is really cozy, clean and well equipped. there is a nice large bathroom. The balcony is large and there is good furniture. There is always a parking lot, everything works well. The beach is just across the street - we can't ask for more. We will definitely come again. December 2019 - John & Helle"

"I wish there had been an easy place to store our luggage on the property after we had to check out. We had to leave our luggage at the pool area, hide it behind pool chairs and cover with a towel hoping nobody would steal it while we explored our last day. Fortunately, it remained safe."

"Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks."

"My wife and I have never been to Anna Maria Island and Holmes beach before so we chose the Cedar Cove Resort. It was a small resort with an older touch such as the buildings and such. It kinda took us back a bit at first but we settled in just fine. The Flamingo suite we stayed in was nice but very small and had some older decor. The suite did come with all the amenities fridge, electric stove, sink coffee maker which by the way was a Nespresso machine which was cool but not everyone likes...

"The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our 2 year old struggled all night because of the constant noise. To make matters worse, the bathroom had not been cleaned before our arrival. The shower was...

"Everything was great"

"Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill."
