"It's crazy that this hotel can take the price for a room they do. The hotel is worn down and definitely not what the pictures show. We slept facing the train, which runs all night. It's so noisy that you can feel the vibrations in the bed on the 4th floor!!! It can take up to 5 minutes for the train to pass by and sometimes two trains run right after each other. "Vi fik den sødeste service, da vi spiste morgenmad. Alle var smilende og hjælpsomme. Fantastiske mennesker. Manden ved indgangen hjalp os meget med at finde dejlige steder at besøge omkring Banff. Han var så venlig. Det eneste minus var, at vores datter på 23 år, som vi skulle mødes med på hotellet (hun studerer et semester i Canada/Winnipeg) ikke måtte tjekke ind på vores forudbetalte værelse, før vi kom, da vi var 9 timer forsinket pga ændring af flyrejse fra Toronto. Vi ankom først kl 2 am....
